UDAIPUR, June 27 (TIWN): To wipe of all the garbage of superstitions which is attacking the society and making the common people its victim, Gomati Dist. Science Forum in collaboration with Tripura State Council for Science and Technology has organized an awareness programme with the name of “Science Communicator Concrete†at K.B.I. BRC hall in the presence of a huge number of teachers from various schools on Friday.
Dignitaries include high officials as SDPO Ratan Das, State Science Forum Convener Sunranil Roy, Gomati Dist. Science Forum Convener Ayan Saha along with other members of State Science Forum remained present and delivered their lectures against superstitions.
Talking to TIWN, SDPO Ratan Das over phone, stressing upon the importance of science-awareness among the society said, “I know very little about science and its theories, but in our everyday life scientific process of thinking is very much important and thus teachers are here to play an important role to inspire our future generation with the knowledge of science so that we can create a society which can think straight and logical.”
This programme was basically focused on the issues related to superstitions, which often cause the destruction of humanity. Often women are called “witch” and the people who are chained by superstations makes her life hell. Such thinking is a curse for humanity which would be diminished soon from this state and it is education and scientific knowledge through which can get rid off all the superstations. This is the way by which we can make a better society.
