In view of rising corruptions in State Govt. under Manik Sarkar's Chief Ministership, common people of Tripura keeping their last hopes on High Court's Justice system. Inept State administration failed to do justice to State Govt employees, Doctors, Teachers, State health care, hospitals, education system, Schools to Tribal areas - the list goes endless.

Every Central Govt. scheme's money is being looted by organized corruptions of  Manik's Government and a list of recent corruptions :

1) Looting of Rs 51 crore from MGNREGA fund in which Comrade BDO Bimal Chakraborty, who is the brother of DYFI state Secretary Amal Chakraborty, is the prime accused

2) Rs 40 crore scam on NRHM in Kailashahar

3) Rs 90 crore scam in NH44 construction ( alleged that the construction agreement was given to BRO in Rs 90 crore but it can be completed in Rs 10 crore.
Obviously the lions share of this money went to the party in power)

On top of that Tripura's Civil Administration de-facto head and Manik Sarkar's close aide Principal Secretary Dr. GSG Ayyangar was charge-sheeted in infamous Timers Scandal in Hyderabad.

Also Tripura is the only State in Country with a dubious distiction of having a DGP (Director General of Police) K.Nagraj who was charge-sheeted by CBI in 2007 in disapproriate assets case.

Apart from that Chief Minister prefers all corruption tainted people around him, so after scamster BDO Bimal Chakraborty went to Jail, CM appointed Bimal's brother TPS officer Kamal Chakraborty as SP Security to look after Chief Minister's security.
Also Chief Minister cum Home Minister made sure that no charge-sheet is filed against scamster BDO Bimal Chakraborty within 180 days so that Bimal can go out of Jail in bail.

So now, State's population see High Court as the last gateway to Justice as no faith remains on scam tainted State Government.
