AGARTALA, June 18 (TIWN): All the businessmen of Aitorma Business forum staged a mass demonstration at sakuntala road on Wednesday evening with play cards.
The various demands included construction of parking zone in the area, Emergency exit, construction of ramp for the disabled people, demanded why the construction of building is not yet complete which was suppose to get complete in the year 2012, why no fire lift is there in the building, constitution of maintenance committee for the building, why there is no lift in the basement, improper electricity facility, why there is no installment of CCTV camera in the building, why there is no specific parking space for the shopkeepers, along with total number of 24 charter point of demands the business man of the Aitorma Business Forum has staged a mass demonstration on Wednesday evening.
However, the demonstration began at 4 in the evening and continued till 8 in the night. The shops were kept closed as a part of the demonstration.
A business man stated that they have staged this demonstration in the wake of raising voice against the incomplete work of the Aitorma building forum demanding strict renovation of the building. He further said that, keeping in view the negative prospects of noise pollution they have not used any mike and has staged the demonstration only with the help of play cards.
Further as a part of the demonstration all the business man of the Aitorma Business forum will place the 24 charter point of demands to Chief Justice Deepak Gupta on Thursday demanding quick action on the matter.
