KAMALPUR, JUNE 12 (TIWN): In a sensational and tragic incident an 18 years old girl namely Lipika Shuklabaidya alias Anamika committed suicide by burning herself at her residence around 12-30 pm today. The family members and the neighbors rushed the girl to the hospital nut the doctors declared her brought dead.

Police registered a case of unnatural death.

According to the parents of the deceased girl and neighbors, today Lipika the daughter of Sunil Suklabaidya of Harerkhola area got busy in an altercation with her mother regarding some family related issues.

At around 12 pm the altercation became furious and Lipika shut herself in a room of her residence. There she poured Kerosene oil on her body and lit fire.

As the blazing flame and smoke noticed from outside, the family members raised hue and cry and with the help of neighbors brought her immediately to the BSM Hospital in a very critical condition. The doctor on duty declared her brought dead.

A heavy grief gripped the locality in this tragic incident.
