UDAIPUR/BELONIA, May 17 (TIWN): Young housewife was burned at her in-law’s house at Hrishyamukh Belonia. It is suspected that this is not a case of suicide rather a murder. Accused husband Ajit Mahajan are presently in the Police custody at R.K.Pur Police Station.

It has been reported that Priyanka Mahajan, W/O- Ajit Mahajan has been died horribly on Sunday, after major burns at around 6 am at Belonia, Hrishyamukh. She was admitted to the hospital of that locality but immediately she had been referred to the Gomati District Hospital. But at around 12 noon the doctor declared her as dead.

Ajit Mahajan and his brother are now in the police custody of R.K.Pur Police Station, though no arrest has been done till now. While talking to TIWN correspondent, police said that till now no case has been registered in the Belonia Police Station. As soon as the case will be registered, the accused will be in lock-up. When Udaipur police was informed about the event and arising complaints against those accused, a team of Police caught the law’s family members of Priyanka Mahajan.

Priyanka Mahajan, D/O- Manik Sarma, resident of Chandrapur locality in Udaipur was married before 3 years ago. She has a 1 year girl child. Before 2 days she came to her parental house and seemed stress less, according to the local people. But now her body is being laid on the bed of Gomati Dist. Hospital.
