AGARTALA, April 23 (TIWN): Internet and other telecommunication systems had created a negative impact in the future generations of the country. On the occasion of World Book Day 2015, few readers were witnessed in the major libraries of the State. Youngsters were now addicted in the internet rather than reading books. Even if they need book, they can read it in internet also.

Many students aren't even reading anymore. It has become almost unnecessary for the students to read as they can all pass their classes without even reading the books that they have assigned to them using websites.

Although the information from books is more valuable, people look for the easier and faster way to look for their researches internet affects the reading habit of students. With the help of internet, students search for answers for their questions without their efforts and without reading books. They forget their time to read when they sit to browse internet. This is a drastically negative effect of internet. They get familiar to some unusual sites.

Reading habits seem to be deteriorating over the past decade. Earlier school children used to visit the libraries as a matter of habit and the research they did through referring books played an important part in developing the child's thinking process. Now the Internet of things is eroding.

Books have knowledge in them that our ancestors before us have written down for us to use in the future. The internet is more something that we, the future, have started to put new things that we have learned to share for anyone to access. Therefore showing that also anyone can edit or put their opinion on the internet and everyone thinks it’s believable because it’s on the internet. Whereas books have to go through a process to prove it is legitament and true.

Books are a good source of information and knowledge; they are what many people need to read. Both men and women should read books, they teach us good lessons about life, and educate way more than does the internet. Another point is that a lot of the information you can find on the internet is rubbish, and usually false. All in all, books are a lot better than the internet for both research and entertainment.
