AGARTALA, April 5 (TIWN): The recent announcement of the central pay scale for the Tripura government employees had faced a series of censure by the employees and the opposition parties of the state. The state govt. Trinamool employees Federation recently demanded for the central DA to its employees. The SGTEF President Partha Roy Choudhuri said that if the demands are not fulfilled soon than they will go for massive protest across the state in demand of the same.

However it is worthy to be mentioned here that the state govt. has recently declared a central pay scale for its employees effective from April 1.

But since then several organizations under the banner of the opposition raised their voice against the improper pay structure that includes no medical allowance and house rent allowance and DA. The oppositions alleged that the state govt. has fooled the govt. employees showing a lolipop to them in wake of the ADC poll.
