AGARTALA, March 11 (TIWN): A national level seminar will be held under the initiative of sociology department of MBB College on March 12 and 13. The topic, “Tribal life and forest resource management” will be taken up for the discussion during the seminar. AMC mayor Dr. Prafullajit Sinha is scheduled to inaugurate the seminar on March 12.

Among other who would grace the programme are Tripura Central University Chancellor are Dr. Anjan Kumar Ghosh, Director Dr. Bipradas Palit and others. However a total of 52 research papers will be taken up in the two day seminar at national level. Besides, around 120 research persons will be participated in the seminar.

Noted Sociologist Professor A.C. Sinha, and Anthropologist Professor K.K. Basha will also participate in the two day seminar. The programme will be presided over by working committee Chairman Professor Dilip Sarkar.
