UDAIPUR, March 3 (TIWN): On yet another tragic incident today one house wife managed to jump from a running motor-bike today to get relief from a brutal torture at her in-law’s house. The incident occurred today at the heart of the city of Udaipur New Town road, at a stone throwing from a police station. The house wife was identified as Sadhana Namah Das.
Sadhana Namah Das was married with one Mithu Das at Udaipur Fulkumari area. Mithu Das is a driver by profession.
The couple got married since 8 years back. Sadhana alleged that since after their marriage her husband Mithu along with her father in law Sadhan Das often used to torture claiming dowry from her father’s house. Sadhana also alleged that her husband Mithu Das also has an extra marital affair, and this has triggered resentment among them. Husband Mithu and father in law Sadhan also tortured her on Monday, alleged Sadhana.
However she informed that in the name of visiting doctor for her treatment husband Mithu along with wife Sadhana and child went out from their house today through a motor-bike, and later reaching at the city of Udaipur accused husband took a diversion and paved other way, following which wife Sadhana asked Mithu to stop the motor bike or else she will jump from it. But after husband Mithu refused to it, wife Sadhana managed to jump from the running motor bike and received injury on her head and hands.
Later getting an alarm the locals rushed to the spot and rescued the wife Sadhana and sent her to the hospital along with her child, while on the other the locals had beaten up the accused husband and took the motor-bike key from him.
