AGARTALA, February 23 (TIWN): The so called “clean image” of the state govt. here was found dramatically avoiding the status report of certain issues under the health department, moved by the opposition bench during the ongoing assemble session. The state govt. has dramatically avoided the issues allegedly to curtain corruption and scams.

 Saying that the collection of the report is under process the state govt. avoided the questions related to the health department. However, but it is mentionable here that it has now become a keep in trend of the left front govt. here in Tripura and always been in a run to curtain the corruptions and scams. Opposition bench questions remain unanswered like "Since how many years the audit directorate has not carried the internal audit of the govt. medical college?, During the last three financial years what steps did the state govt. took to restrict buying expired medicines?, What is the cost of the medicines at the state health department that has expired?, it was also questioned that during the last three financial years how many expired and spurious drugs has been seized?"

State govt. has brought out its clean image recently during the ongoing assembly session staying backtrack from replying to the couple of questions moved by the opposition bench. Certain issues were raised recently by the opposition bench in the assembly session, where the state govt. was found to have avoided those and say that “report collection under process”, and that was the only reply that moved in the assembly. All the questions were related to the state health department. 

However but, the state govt. has been found to have no reply to those questions rather than “report collection under process”. The state health department has replied “report collection under process” to every questions moved by the opposition bench during the ongoing assembly session.

Besides, it was also questioned that whether there is any facility of CT Scan, echocardiography and TMT at Agartala IGM hospital? What are the health care tool that has remained paralysed at Agartala GB Pant hospital and IGM hospital? What is the figure of the vacant posts of the doctors, nurses and pharmacists that lie under the govt. run hospitals, etc.

However, it would be wise enough to comment here that the common mass of the state can easily find out the fact and the truth that lies behind the current health care facilities of the state. It is also mentionable here that the opposition bench has recently brought out an allegation that the state govt. had dramatically avoided every question to curtain the corruptions and scams. But “report collection under process” reply of the state govt. during the assembly session recently has of course brought out a truth behind the clean image of the state govt. Though of course it has always been a keep in trend of the left front govt. here in Tripura to curtain the corruptions and scams.
