AGARTALA, Nov 21 (TIWN): The Tripura Chief Minister, Manik Saha, paid an immediate visit to ILS Hospital today after receiving news that BJP State President Rajib Bhattacharjee had been hospitalized with complaints of severe chest pain, prompting an urgent medical evaluation and treatment protocol to be put in place, with a team of experienced doctors and medical staff rushing to attend to the ailing leader's needs.

The Chief Minister, accompanied by a delegation of party officials, including prominent leaders and functionaries of the BJP, enquired in detail about Bhattacharjee's condition and was informed by the treating physicians that he was suffering from cardiac ischemia. It is serious medical condition characterized by reduced blood flow to the heart muscle, often resulting from a narrowed or blocked artery, which can have potentially severe consequences if not managed promptly and effectively.

Fortunately, the situation appears to be under control for now, with Bhattacharjee's condition reported as stable, and the Chief Minister had the opportunity to engage in a reassuring conversation with the BJP leader, who is receiving comprehensive treatment and care from the medical team.

The state BJP President is expected to undergo further evaluation and testing in the coming days to determine the best course of action for his recovery.
