AGARTALA, Nov 5 (TIWN): The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) staged a protest in Kailashahar, demanding the immediate dismissal of a teacher accused of making obscene proposals to female students at Bhagini Nivedita Higher Secondary School.

The protesters, comprising ABVP members and students, blocked the main gate of the school, calling for action against the accused teacher, Arup Gope.

According to reports, Arup Gop has been allegedly harassing several female students for the past year, sparking outrage among parents and guardians. The incident has led to widespread concern and demands for swift action against the accused.
