AGARTALA, Oct 9 (TIWN): After Tripura BJP leaders through a press meet arrogantly accepted that they vandalized the Agartala Trinamool party office premises, adding, "We only tore the flags and banners" an FIR at the NCC PS was filed by Trinamool party today. The Trinamool leaders then met the Governor of Tripura, Indra Sena Nallu, explaining about the overall situation and what exactly happened on Tuesday evening when BJP supporters led by MLAs, Deputy Mayor ransacked the Trinamool party office in front of police.
Trinamool MP Sushmita Dev said, the incident happened in front of police and police should have taken a suo-moto case. But as police did not take action, the Trinamool leaders had to take action by lodging the FIR.
