The locals have alleged that the contractor, in collusion with the Technical Engineer, constructed the dam using substandard materials and unprofessional techniques, which may lead to its collapse during the monsoon season. They have also raised concerns about the department's failure to follow proper construction procedures.

 

The locals have appealed to the Chief Minister to take notice of the issue and ensure a thorough investigation into the matter.
