Agartala, July 31 (TIWN): The Tripura Pradesh Youth Congress will organize a program on August 5 to raise awareness about the dangers of drug abuse. The announcement was made by the party's president, Nil Kamal Saha, at a press conference. Also present at the conference were Rahul Samaddar, Working President of the State Youth Congress, and Biplab Ghosh, President of the Sadar District unit.

During the press conference, the Youth Congress leaders also demanded the resignation of the Home Minister. The party's demand for the minister's resignation comes amid growing concerns about the state's law and order situation. The anti-drug awareness program aims to educate people, especially the youth, about the ill effects of drug abuse and its impact on society.
