Agartala, July 20 (TIWN): A workshop on the new criminal laws and the NDPS Act was held at Pragya Bhawan in Agartala on Sunday.

CM Professor Dr. Manik Saha graced the occasion as the chief guest, accompanied by State Police Director General IPS Anurag, Chief Secretary J.K. Sinha, and other senior officials.

The workshop aimed to discuss the implementation of the new laws and the NDPS Act, with a focus on investigation and case filing. Senior police officials, health department officials, lawyers, and other stakeholders attended the event.

The Chief Minister was given a guard of honor at the Pragya Bhawan premises, and the workshop began with the lighting of the lamp.
