The event was part of a community planting initiative for organic Aman rice.

 

The officials, including Assistant Director Shankar Biswas and Agricultural Officer Dr. Debabrata Pal, worked alongside farmers to plant the saplings. They expressed hope that the farmers would reap a bountiful harvest if they take proper care of the high-yielding crop.

 

The initiative aims to promote sustainable agriculture practices and increase crop yields. The event was attended by local Panchayat officials, including Kanchanmala Gram Panchayat Pradhan Rajesh Das, and other stakeholders.
