AGARTALA, June 26 (TIWN): With a rise in waterborne diseases in Madhyapara, Agartala, Congress State President and former MLA of Bordowali, Asish Saha, visited house-to-house in Madhyapara, Agartala.

According to Asish Saha, the disease started rising after the flood hit various parts of Agartala, and he suspects dirty water accumulated from various sources of tap water.

DWS provided water to houses, and Asish Saha urged the office to continue that.

Also, it was alleged that the areas where DWS installed new water supply connections, those areas were mostly affected by such waterborne diseases.
