DHARMANAGAR, June 19 (TIWN): Dharmanagar police arrested two drug smugglers on Wednesday from Dharmanagar PS area.

The arrested persons, Asish Chakma and Bishal Chakma were in a high-speed vehicle and passing through the police station area.

Police were informed via a secret source, which enabled the police to catch the suspects.

A total of 1,800 Yaba tablets were seized, which on the black market would be worth approximately Rs. 9 lakhs.

The vehicle bearing the number TR05A-2842 was also seized by the police.
