AGARTALA, June 9 (TIWN): Tripura Congress President Asish Saha reacted to Sahajahan’s Facebook remarks, accepting that some of his words were really aggressive and the Congress party will sit to decide if it violated Congress’s ethics.

The Congress leader said, “Although Sahajahan’s remarks were aggressive but it is also true that it was an outburst of his anger that was accumulated from various incidents and the police’s inactive role. Centering the Eid, so many incidents and disturbances happened and the party avoided leaving any statement on such incidents.”

“If Sahajahan said something wrong, legal actions will be taken against him, but what about the attack that happened yesterday at his home ? Will there be any action against it?” said Asish Saha.

“When Congress stands beside attacked families, then they will also be attacked? In which state we are living?” added Saha.

There are multiple cases filed against Sahajahan at the West Agartala police station.

Sahajahan allegedly insulted Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on Facebook and also hurled severe attacks on police and many BJP leaders.
