AGARTALA, May 16 (TIWN): Recently Tipra Motha party chairman Pradyot Debbarman said that he has good relations with all parties except Communists.
In reaction, Jiten Chowdhury thanked him for clarifying public doubt and said, now he is happy that CPI-M’s image is disconnected from such a person who has ties with the BJP.
“I am not unhappy with his comment. Because a person who can keep relations with BJP, should not be with CPI-M,” he said.
“BJP is such a party that has no contribution to the Indian freedom fight. And, now the BJP is trying to destroy the unity of the people in India after independence,” said Chowdhury.
The CPI-M leader also mentioned unemployment, economic struggles that the nation is facing under the BJP government.
