AGARTALA, May 11 (TIWN): Pathetic road maintenance works erupted resentment among people in Ward No-11 of Khowai.

Locals accused contractor Asish Modok of poor quality of maintenance work there.

For the last few weeks, in Khowai’s Office Tilla road maintenance works have been going on, but the cement and materials which are used in the work are of poor quality, according to locals.

Public requested the local administration and the state government to inspect the work and take necessary actions to ensure the road construction work maintains quality.
