AGARTALA, April 26 (TIWN): Court released social media user Sajal Chakraborty who was arrested by police after FIR lodged against him centering a Facebook post.

But his critics did not stop there and a group of people lodged FIR against others who supported that post saying "Right", "100%" etc. 

However, today, Court has bailed out Sajal Chakraborty on the first hearing day.

Sajal Chakraborty asked questions to the Home Ministry, accusing it of having prior information about the Kashmir attack.

The post states advising Home Ministry, “Think about the tourists in Kashmir! Think about the lapses and security. Even after the secret agency informed the Home Dept, why was no step taken to prevent the attack? “

“People who are spreading hatred centering Kashmir attack should be taken under legal action. Remember, because of secularism, the country is not divided,” said Sajal Chakraborty’s post.

Under the post, Prabir Choudhury, another retired teacher, wrote “Right” and many others supported the post. Today, Prabir Choudhury was detained after an FIR was lodged at Dharmanagar police station.
