AGARTALA, Jan 27 (TIWN): Alleging political motivation behind rejecting CPI-M’s rally permission on 29th January, former Chief Minister Manik Sarkar stated Monday his party will conduct the rally amid all such obstacles. Talking to media, Sarkar said, “The BJP is afraid of losing the upcoming polls because they won the 2023 election by electric rigging which was aided by Tipra Motha party’s betrayal to the opposition panel. We are seeking permission for a rally. All the fields are rejected as venues. They are not giving us any field for the rally." "But still, we will do our rally. They can not stop the people who are suffering due to crisis and starving in poverty from expressing themselves,” Sarkar told the media.
