AGARTALA, Dec 22 (TIWN): Viswa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal on Sunday organized a joint press conference announcing they will organize “Khelo Kabadi” competitions village-wise, district-wise, and then state-wide.

This would be a part of Pancha-Paribartan Jagaran Jatra to inspire the youth to become brave and utilize their potential to make a better society.

The Hindu wing leaders said, that Hindus would be participating in such programs which would initiate at the grassroot-level of the state’s villages.

“Today the young generation is distracted, distorted amid the rising influence of the Westernized culture. Also, they are addicted to cellphones and many are involved in drugs. So to save the generation from proceeding towards destruction, we are organizing these programs as a part of a broad vision,” a Bajrang Dal leader said in Agartala.
