The incident happened in Belonia, Smriti Temple lined Bangladesh border. It is known that BSF Jawans caught these four women on Saturday and then handed over to Belonia police.

OC of Belonia PS, Shibu Ranjan Dey said two infants were also with the four arrested women. The arrested people are : Jharna Shil (79), Bani Shil (35), Durga Shil (25), Susmita Shil (14).

Police lodged an FIR against detained persons and to produce them to court.
