In Teliamura, an idol seller said, that due to excessive price hikes of various things, idol prices are also high.

“Profits are minimal as we are left with no option other than selling at a fixed price. This year idol prices are high and sales are low,” said an idol seller.

In other subdivisions also same trend is going on.
