Rima Debbarma (18) can’t hear and speak. Her parents Satish Debbarma and Sambhu Lakshmi Debbarma are very poor. They are daily workers by profession.

Her grandmother has appealed to the government for social pension.

They are residents of Ramnagar ADC Village, Rampara.

Rima Debbarma only smiles whole day and her teachers asked her not to go to school for that, but amid such a crisis, she is deprived of government help.
