TELIAMURA, June 10 (TIWN): Based on secret sources information, Teliamura SDPO IPS Sudambika R conducted an anti-narcotics operation in Mungiakami.

During the raid, Police were able to seize illegally stored 12,018 bottles of phensedyl along with 4 kg of Cannabis. The drug trade has been allegedly running by a drug mafia named Sanjay Gandhi Debbarma along with his accomplices

The raid was conducted by Teliamura SDPO, IPS Sudambika R.

The police stated that various machines used to pack cannabis had been recovered.

The market value of these seized illegal drugs is estimated to be several lakhs of rupees. However, the police did not release the names and photos of those arrested to the media for the sake of investigation.
