AGARTALA, May 25 (TIWN): Two young men were arrested from Agartala Railway Station by Railway Police with pistol and cartridges. The arrested youth are : Karan Debbarma (24) and Priya Debbarma (22). Both are residents of Khowai and reached Tripura with this illegal equipment.
It has been said, the 9 mm pistol and cartridges are made in America. However, TIWN has not verified the claim.
Both arrested persons were produced before the Court seeking a 7-day police remand.
