Govt lawyer Shankar Lodh told media, earlier Akash Kar was sent to Judicial custody after his lawyer alleged he was tortured by police but now, he can’t say this anymore because, he told doctor that he received injuries by himself.

On Monday, Shankar Lodh said, “If someone falls in the bathroom, is it the police’s fault? The person is bringing such allegations to save himself from police custody.”

However, the main accused persons like Raju Barman are yet out of from police’s rudder.

“Just hold on for a while ! Everyone will be arrested,” said Shankar Lodh, Govt lawyer.

The incident occurred April 31st evening at around 8 O’Clock after an unknown person covering his face shot Vicky.
