AGARTALA, May 19 (TIWN): Thieves tried to steal some equipment from Ambassa Lalchari sub-center, but were only able to take syringes.

Hospital staff said, this was not the first time that thieves had broken into the hospital but many times, they entered and tried to steal valuable items.

However, the hospital lacks items of significant value. So, this time also the thieves left the hospital empty-handed.

The theft of syringes this time suggests that a drug-addicted gang may be behind the incident.
