KHOWAI, May 14 (TIWN): A father could not witness physical torture on her daughter and died of heart-attack after in front of his eyes, his son-in-law injured his daughter in Khowai.
The deceased Nirulal Das was rushed to Khowai hospital but could not survive.
Nirulal Das’s daughter Jaya Das was injured by her husband centering a fight. All these happened in front of his eyes.
Witnessing the incident, Nirulal Das, a resident of Shanmura area of Agartala suffered a heart attack.
This incident happened in North Durganagar village under Khowai police station.
Khowau police arrested the accused husband Anup Sen (32). On the other hand, Jaya Das (20), was sent to GB from Khoai District Hospital.
The issue erupted centering property distributions.
