The deceased has been identified Litan Rudra Pal (40), house owner.

The incident happened during a construction work. It was known that his house’s area had come under government property and during the government work it collapsed and on spot he died.

From his home in Belabor, he was rushed to GB hospital but he was declared dead.

Another construction worker Nakul Pal was also injured in the incident.
