SHEKERKOTE, March 9 (TIWN): The foundation stone of Sekerkot CNG Fuel Oil Depot under Kamalasagar Assembly was laid by Prime Minister through a virtual ceremony on Saturday.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of the IOC through a virtual ceremony from Arunachal Pradesh in the north-eastern region around 10 am on Saturday.
Deputy Speaker of State Legislative Assembly Ram Prasad Pal, Kamalasagar MLA Antara Sarkar Dev, Additional Secretary and Director of Food Department Nirmal Adhikari, Sadar Divisional Governor Manik Lal Das and IOC officials were present at the foundation stone laying ceremony at Sekerkot.
Speaking on the occasion, Ram Prasad Pal said that if this fuel oil depot of IOC is opened, the state will be benefited a lot, and the black market of fuel oil will also decrease in the state.
