AGARTALA, Feb 26 (TIWN): After returning from Delhi Tipra Motha supremo Pradyot Manikya told media that he can not keep his people in confusion by trusting Govt of India’s verbal assurances.

He returned from Delhi after meeting Union Home Minister Amit Shah after Pradyot Manikya declared to go for a hunger strike for the constitutional solution for the Tiprasa people.

“My point is very clear. I am not going to trust anybody’s verbal assurance. I want promises in writing. Otherwise, I will be strict with my plan for the Hunger strike at Hathwai Kathar”.

“I know some leaders among Tiprasa are selfish. But I want to unit all Tiprasa so that I can give something to the next generation of the Tiprasa,” Pradyot Manikya told media.
