Talking to media TSF Vice President John Debbarma said “The Indigenous Students’ Fundamental Right under attack by Tripura Board and Tripura Govt. We talked to the Board President and he said, that the State Govt has decided to do so. But we will fight for our language’s right because it is students’ right”.
“Who is he to decide students’ affairs? Who is TBSE President even to decide that ?” another student leader said.
“It’s our language. Let the TBSE leave the matter to us regarding what script we want. Why it is trying to impose something on us,” he said.
