AGARTALA, Nov 28 (TIWN): Teachers’ crisis is now the biggest problem in Tripura schools amid qualified job aspirants protesting everyday seeking recruitment. On Tuesday, Tribal Welfare Minister Bikash Debbarma visited a school in Krishnapur named Maiganga Sukanta Higher Secondary School in Teliamura, but the school was found going through various problems like drinking water scarcity, teachers’ crisis. Such problems continue amid available staffs’ full attempts to function the school with their best efforts. There is an extreme crisis of subject teachers, disrupting the quality education in senior classes.
After talking to the faculty members, Minister Bikash Debbarma said, “This school has various problems but I will talk to CM Manik Saha and request him to solve the school’s problems. Mainly, the teachers’ crisis is the main problem of the school. I will raise the issue before CM”, said the Minister.
