KOLKATA/AGARTALA/UDAIPUR, January 28 (TIWN): Tripura has now become the hunting ground of international mafias and DM Gomati's Office is now the safe heaven for the brokers of forged International Passports. This has been a serious issue as far as the security and safety of the country is concerned especially when the entire world is now being threatened by the threats of ISIS and its wings. The situation has come to such a sorry pass that a section of brokers in DM Gomati's Office( in collaboration with some of the employees of DM Gomati'as Office and Regional Passport Office Kolkata) is now issuing International Passports to any one by means of huge amount of money as commission. And according to a highly placed source in the state Home Department, it is learnt that more than six internationally famous terrorists, who have recently joined ISIS, are now hiding at Udaipur.

It is really very surprising that Udaipur has been considered as the safe zone for the terrorists and international smugglers because it is far away from border areas. 

Unfortunately neither DM Gomati nor SP Gomati has so far been able to trace those terrorists. And ahead of TTAADC election these terrorists may try their level best to create panic and havocs in Tripura. And in this case the ISIS group has intentionally targeted the Muslim boys with a specific target of attaching the Muslim citizens with ISIS as it has been doing in other parts of the world. And now with the clear failure of police and administration as well as Special Branch Tripura has become the safe shelter for the terrorists. It is to be mentioned here that a few years back CPI(M) cum Minister Shahid Choudhury's name got linked with Huji militant Mamun Mia and once again the allegations are being raised that due to section of influential political personalities the terror network has suddenly started to raise its ugly heads. 

        It is learnt that one person namely Mustak Miah, S/O- Late Riku Miah submitted a complaint to the DM Gomati Sonal Goel on Tuesday intimating her about receiving one forged International Passport Vide No-M-5692461 issued against his name. On 24th January at around 12:30hrs he received the passport issued by the Regional Passport Officer, Regional Passport Office, Kolkata through the Khilpara Post Office. Interestingly the receiver Mustak Miah has never applied for International Passport nor it was required according to his family status. On the complain letter submitted to DM Gomati Sonal Goel , Mustak Miah categorically said, " I have seen that the Photographs affixed in the Passport are not my own and it is of an another person. I was seriously afraid and also was surprised because I have never applied for getting International Passport." 

      On ,25/01/2015 at about 9am one Nabikul Micah( Nabi Micah) , S/O- Ohab Miah, Village-Jamjuri(Rajdhanagar). PS -Kakraban, came to meet Mustak Miah along with one Sagar Sutradhar , S/O- Nirmal Sutradhar, and asked Mustak to handover the passport to them as because the passport was wrongly delivered and it actually belonged to Nabikul's Cousin brother . But Mustak refused to handover the passport to them. At this appeared one employee working in the CLR Section in the SDM Udaipur's Office and pressurized to negotiate the matter without lodging any complaint. However, without believing in his words, Mustak took the help of a political leader( though the employee in the CLR section asked him time to time not to take it to the higher level)  and he helped innocent Mustak .

More surprisingly Mustak Miah made some serious allegations against Nabi Miah," ... ... some important doccuments like PRTC, PassBook of Bank Account were shown by Nabi Miah which were all fake and photograph affixed with my name in the Passport. "

 Now questions that will surely arise from this are:-

1) What are the steps that can be taken by DM Gomati against the brokers chain in her office?

2) How can an International Passport be issued without verification of the Special Branch?

3) Who are the culprits behind the said PassPort ?

4) Whether the Passport is an indication of ISIS or Huji link in Tripura?

5) How far the official records are maintained in properly in DM Gomati's Office ? 

6) Isn't DM Gomati too be blamed for negligence?

      It is learnt that alongwith the application forms the Voter ID and Ration Card were affixed with the application. And more interestingly in the two compulsory guards are Sagar Sutradhar and Nabikul Miah( Nabi Micah). Thus, its clear that when Mustak appealed for his own TPRC, the brokers used his documents for passports.  A highly placed official told TIWN over phone," Fortunately office remained closed for almost four days. And as such brokers were not in touch with the local peon. Otherwise he could have been managed and thus this passport can be availed by any terrorists. 

       Meanwhile, when TRIPURAINFOWAY.com's Udaipur correspondent tried to know the latest about this incident from DM Gomati Sonal Goel , she said," You call me tomorrow, now I am busy in some other works and its too late as well (At 22.13 pm) ." However, Musatk Miah and his family members are now worried about his safety. There is no denying of the fact that during interrogation , police may harass Mustak though he honestly reported it.
