The hotel owner was beating a poor vagabond in front of public. It has been suspected that the owner was in intoxicated state. The poor man was begging with folded hands not to be assulted but the hotel owner continued to show his muscles to the poor, helpless man. 

Some of the eye-witnesses informed police about the incident. Getting information, West Agartala police rushed to the spot and arrested the hotel owner immediately.
