AGARTALA, Sep 19 (TIWN): Police arrested a man named Dipankar Sen from Agartala Railway station with 7.65 mm pistol.

According to police, arrested Dipankar Sen, a resident of Debipur, Sepahijala was caught from Kanchanjunga Express and was carrying a gun from Dimapur where Biswa Deb resident of Dabaga had sold him at 30,000 rupees.

Dipankar Sen had planned to hand over the pistol to Nandu Pal, for further smuggling to Bangladesh.
