BJP National President J.P.Nadda on Wednesday declared bypoll candidates’ names including two seats for Tripura : 1) Tafajjul Hossain (Boxanagar), 2) Bindu Debnath (Dhanpur).

BJP State President Rajib Bhattacharjee said that BJP will win in both seats massively.

“Already Dhanpur is in our hand and I believe that Boxanagar will also be in favour of BJP and people will see that”, said Rajib Bhattacharjee.

“BJP through its Double Engine Govt has been developing the state. At Center, it’s Modi Govt whereas in Tripura, it’s Manik Saha Govt. Both under Double Engine causing massive growth in the state”, said Bhattacharjee.

Reacting to Congress, CPI-M’s candidates, Rajib Bhattacharjee said, “They had aligned in 2023 poll too and people saw the results. In this poll also same will happen. Some people in the Congress are ruining the party because of personal benefits”.
