AGARTALA, July 29 (TIWN): Mass Education’s beginner, revolutionary figure to fight for women education, and introduce widow marriage like social reforms and Bengali language, literature’s visionary figure Iswar Chandra Vidyasagar’s death anniversary was observed at All India SEC on Saturday.

It’s Vidyasagar’s 133^rd death anniversary.

The program was organized in front of Ujjayanta Palace, Agartala.

During the program, the members of AISEC raised a demand that is to withdraw the New Education Policy of the Modi Govt as according to the organization, it’s against the Vision of Iswar Chandra Vidyasagar.
