DHARMANAGAR, July 18 (TIWN): Amid almost everyday detentions, rising Bangladeshi intrusions continue. On Monday night, from Dharmanagar ISBT 9 Bangladeshi were detained. These 9 Bangladeshis included three children. During interrogation, they said that they entered India illegally through Belonia around 3 am on Sunday. They took a train to reach Dharmanagar from Belonia.
It was first the common people suspected them as illegal migrants and reported to Dharmanagar police station. The police of Dharmanagar police station rushed to the spot and arrested them and brought them to the police station.
Dharmanagar PS OC Shiburanjan Dey said that they do not have any valid Indian documents and they admitted that their home is in Bangladesh.
One of the Bangladeshi citizens said that a broker named Dilwar took 7 thousand rupees from each of them and brought them from Bangladesh through Belonia border to Tripura.
