AGARTALA, June 18 (TIWN): Nightmare hours returned for the Agartala city as the city flooded once again on Sunday after rain. Although in pictures it looked like Venice but in reality, it was hell like feeling for the public to go through the dirty water of the city that went up to waist level mixing with the rain water. It was the Venice of dirty, drain water as drain and rain water had mixed together, giving nightmare experiences to the people.

Rain caused massive suffering for the people of Agartala on Sunday.  Due to massive water-logging in Agartala public has been walking at waist level water in this city. Vehicles were stuck, people walked at waist-level water in the city as flood-like situation erupted due to rain.

AMC workers are on duty, trying hard to discharge the water as this is the only thing BJP Govt has added in the last 6 years to its promise of relieving the city from water-logging.
