AGARTALA, June 16 (TIWN): Opposition leader Animesh Debbarma on Friday raised question over Vidyajyoti projects which was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in 2021 and dedicated to hundred schools. Animesh Debbarma said, nothing was done to develop the infrastructure and in case of computerization, old computers were shown and that can never change the system. “Initially it was 100 schools for which 500 crores were assured to be given and then more 50 school were added. It means a total Rs. 750 was the expenditure but where is the outcome. I want to ask, where is a sign in any of those schools that Rs. 750 crore was invested ?”
