AGARTALA, June 12 (TIWN): BJP backed Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangha (BJMS) on Monday has alleged that land-mafias are torturing them, intimidating them and have forcefully occupied their land.
It is alleged that the victims are at least thousand in numbers.
Talking to media, BJMS leader Bapan Datta said that they all are supporters of BJP party and carry huge respect for CM Manik Saha but it’s time when they are facing severe crisis. The agitators demanded that after rescuing their lands, punishment should be given to the culprits.
Total 12 points of demands were raised including wage hikes by the BJMS workers.
