AGARTALA, May 18 (TIWN): A group of thieves stole two gas cylinders from Satish Chandra Goswami's Temple's eoom, the incident took place in Ambagan area of Bishalgarh on Thursday morning. Police along with ASI of Bishalgarh PS rushed to the spot after receiving theft incident report. It is alleged that a group of thieves stole a full gas cylinder and an empty cylinder from Temple’s room and the theft incident came into light on Thursday morning.

Information was given to Bishalgarh PS, police along with ASI Pradeep Natt rushed to the spot after receiving the information. The Police conducted an investigation to arrest the accused involved in the incident.

The people of Bishalgarh believe that youths are addicted to drugs and are committing crimes like theft incidents in different areas because they are unable to collect drug money.

Just like the rampant trade of drugs is starting in Bishalgarh, the business of theft and robbery is also increasing. Local people have been demanding that the administration should take swift and strict action in all these matters across the Bishalgarh sub-division
