At first the traffic police tried to stop the car in Kumarghat 91 mile area when it was on its way from Agartala to Assam. But the car driver fled by disobeying traffic unit personnels’ signal.

Later, the police of Pecharthal police station chased the car and seized it in Poangchhara area, but the ganja smugglers in the car managed to escape.
