AGARTALA, May 13 (TIWN): Hitting the hammer on BJP after Karnataka’s massive defeat of the party and remarkable win for Congress, Tripura Congress leader Asish Saha said that it’s a public mandate against the divisive politics of the BJP. He stated also people have chosen Congress against BJP Govt’s failure to reduce unemployment, massive corruption of Karnataka Govt. “This win of Karnataka Congress will revive Tripura Congress too. People want employment, security of people’s rights and safety of the constitution. This victory also proved public support for Rahul Gandhi. We hope in the upcoming polls also, Congress will win massively”. Said Asish Saha.

Tripura Congress has started celebration of the party’s victory in Karnataka by burning firecrackers and raising slogans.

Congress has declared in a tweet that it has won in Karnataka Election 2023. Officially, as per the Election Commission (EC), Congress has won nine seats and is leading in 125 constituencies. The BJP has so far won four seats and is leading on 60 seats.
